Pressure dew point stabilizes at 7°C under rated conditions and can be optimized to 3°C; under extreme conditions – inlet temperature up to 60°C, ambient temperature 46°C, operating pressure 16 bar – reliable operation is maintained. The all-new high-efficiency heat exchanger features a reverse-airflow design with pressure loss <0.15 bar and significantly improved heat transfer efficiency. The full range is equipped with high-efficiency scroll/rotary compressors and R407C eco-friendly refrigerant; smaller models are fitted with hot-gas bypass valves and larger models with electronic bypass valves, preventing freeze-ups and ensuring stable dew point. The standard intelligent control system integrates anti-freeze, remote start/stop, RS-485 communication, and fault alarm functions, with real-time visualization of six operational status indicators. Water-cooled models feature a 316 stainless steel plate condenser with excellent corrosion resistance and high heat transfer efficiency, with a water flow control valve as standard.
